Shipping and Returns

At www.belindadanielle.com, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase of our crystal products. Our returns policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. If your crystals does not match the item description, we will offer a full refund after we have received the product back to our store. We do not offer a refund if you change your mind.
 
The product must be in its original condition and original packaging when returning. Please note that we do not refund the original delivery costs or return delivery costs relating to the return of the product.

These policies are in accordance and in addition to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) of which you have full rights as a consumer. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
